Broncos Lacrosse Fall Package 2026

Build confidence. Develop skills. Train like a Bronco this fall.

The Broncos Lacrosse Fall Program is designed for girls who want to continue developing their game during the offseason in a positive, high-energy environment. Whether your athlete is newer to lacrosse or looking to sharpen her skills for the fall season, our structured program provides the coaching, repetition, and game experience needed to take the next step.

Our Fall Package includes seven 90-minute developmental sessions, each building on the previous one through a progressive curriculum. Players will focus on fundamental stick skills, offensive and defensive concepts, decision-making, and small-sided game play that encourages confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Every session is designed to maximize touches, increase lacrosse IQ, and keep athletes engaged through fun, competitive drills.

One of the greatest strengths of Broncos Lacrosse is our coaching staff. Every session is led by experienced female coaches who competed at the collegiate level and bring years of coaching and playing experience. Coach Sam, Coach Gill, and Coach Alex are passionate about developing young athletes while serving as positive role models who inspire confidence both on and off the field.

Why small group training?

Elevate your game this season with our Small Group Sessions! Lacrosse is, at its heart, a team sport and that’s exactly why we believe training should be, too. While one-on-one lessons have their place, nothing beats the dynamic energy of working alongside your teammates. Our small group format is designed to translate directly to the field, allowing players to master skills in the same high-speed, competitive context they’ll face on game day.

By capping our sessions, we ensure every athlete receives the individual coaching and personalized attention they deserve, while still getting high-intensity reps in real-world scenarios. Development doesn’t happen in a vacuum, it happens in the heat of the play! Join us to sharpen your stick work, build on-field chemistry, and grow your IQ in an upbeat environment where the focus is on getting better, together. Let’s get to work!
