Our Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff are giving back to the game that shaped them—this time from the sidelines. United by our love for lacrosse and a passion for mentorship, Broncos dedicated female coaches bring experience, energy, and heart to youth girls lacrosse. Our focus is on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a lifelong love of the game, inspiring the next generation of players to dream big, work hard, and support one another on and off the field.
Coach Sam
I grew up playing lacrosse in Southern California, introduced to the game by family friends who run a local club program with an inclusive ‘anyone can play’ philosophy. This welcoming environment fueled my passion for the sport, leading me to compete at the high school, college, and post-collegiate levels. Lacrosse has become a true love of mine, especially coaching the fastest game on two feet. I enjoy teaching new players and hope to inspire the same passion for the game that has shaped my own journey.

Coach Gill
Lacrosse has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. I first played lacrosse in Utah at a summer camp ran by a few high school players in my neighborhood. I quickly fell in love with the sport and haven’t put down my stick since. I played through high school and was a team captain at Weber State University. I have been coaching for over 10 years. I started coaching little league and then 6 years as a high school head coach, and most recently have helped with local college club teams.
Lacrosse taught me so many skills that have helped in all aspects of life - teamwork, respect, communication, hard work, accountability, etc. I am passionate about helping the next generation of athletes learn these same skills while having fun on the field.

Coach Alex
Lacrosse is my first love. I’ve had a stick in my hands since I could walk, given that my dad played in college. I was on Varsity all four years of high school and become captain my sophomore year. I went on to play at Howard University at NCAA Division I level, and started coaching in 2021.
I am a founding coach for 301 Elite Women’s Lacrosse, the first club team in Prince George’s County, Maryland. I thank the game of lacrosse for building my foundation in teamwork, leadership, and time management. I have had the opportunity to meet so many amazing women through the sport, and one of my true passions in life is raising the next generation of lacrosse players.
