Following the screening, each athlete will receive individualized feedback. With a preventative health focus, Spooner Physical Health, uses the athlete’s findings to provide individualized exercise recommendations or movement corrections aimed at maximizing performance, improving long-term athletic development, and reducing the risk of injury.
